Supreme Court rules Prorogation is Unlawful

Supreme Court judgement rules unanimously that Boris Johnson's prorogation of Parliament was unlawful. The judgement of the 11 judges upholds the view that the PM had "improper purpose." The Government are yet again showing themselves wholly incapable of solving the Brexit crisis.
