At last Thursday's Full Council meeting of the South Hams District Council, the Liberal Democrats supported the purchase and deployment of solar panels on the roofs of the Leisure Centres at Dartmouth, Ivybridge, Kingsbridge and Totnes. The investment will support the direct costs of running the Leisure Centres and contribute to minimising our overall carbon production
