National Weekend of Action - 23rd and 24th February - Come and Join Us!

On the 2nd May, we have at least 16 candidates standing in the South Hams District Council elections. This election is a huge opportunity for us to take control of SHDC. The statistics are showing that, nationally, this could be one of the Lib Dems best ever sets of election results.

But, if we are going to maximise this opportunity, we need your help.

To support our existing councillors and new candidates, we are joining the national party in holding a weekend of action on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th February.

Over this weekend, we are aiming to speak with as many voters as possible across the region. Our candidates need as many of us as possible to be out canvassing with them and delivering leaflets over the course of the weekend. It will be great fun, great exercise and an opportunity to meet other local members. Of course, there also will be a meet up in a local pub before, during or after our hard work!

These elections are an opportunity for us to stand up and demand better for local people from South Hams District Council!
