Low energy efficiency standards cost owners of new homes £234m last year

The Conservatives have slapped hundreds onto heating bills by scrapping energy efficiency standards for new homes - leaving millions living in poorly insulated homes.

They'd rather cosy up to developers than slash bills and tackle the climate crisis.
