Introducing our new Party Organiser - Charlotte Power

Many of you will have started receiving emails and calls to action from our new Party Organiser, Charlotte Power. Charlotte took on the role in December and is based in the Totnes Constituency office at 43 Fore Street three days a week. She has been getting to grips with organising our existing Councillors and our host of new candidates standing in the District Council elections in May.

Charlotte says, "It has been a busy first month. Helping organise the Annual Dinner has been an interesting task. It is such an important date in the calendar for local members and acts as a great team building event. It was lovely to meet so many of you at the Dinner and I look forward to meeting you all over the coming months."

The Lib Dems intend to take control of the South Hams District Council at the next election and are fielding a large group of candidates, all hoping to be elected. Charlotte will be contacting all our members over the next few months asking for support. In the meantime, please contact Charlotte if you can do anything to help during the run up to the elections. There are always lots of leaflets to deliver and lots of canvassing to be done!

Charlotte lives in South Brent with her three children, two dogs, goats and chickens.
