People facing the biggest drop in living standards on record will see through the Chancellor's spin.
People are drowning with those higher energy bills, those higher travel costs, those higher food bills - they needed a lifeboat and the Chancellor's utterly failed them.
People shouldn't be fooled by this smoke and mirrors where he's raising allowance and cutting allowance, where he's raising a tax and cutting a tax.
