Councillor Brazil is keeping in touch.

February 5, 2021 10:19 AM

Covid measures have made it difficult for councillors to get out and about and keep up to date with how their constituents are doing and what their concerns are.
Lib Dem District and County Councillor, Julian Brazil, is hitting the phones every day instead, in an effort to reach out to local residents and find out how they are getting on with the latest situation. "It's been very positive" he reports. "Most people are coping well - if a bit fed up with the weather. A number of people have had their first vaccine and that seems to be going smoothly". Councillor Brazil, Julianis reassured by how family and friends are helping the more vulnerable, and concludes "We're very lucky to live in such a special area not just the beautiful landscape but also the real sense of community".
